There are multiple areas to put in Roblox codes. These toy codes won't work on the regular promo redemption page. While logged into Roblox, go to google and search "Roblox toy code" The first page should say "Redeem Roblox Toy Code" go to that page. There you will be able to "Redeem Roblox Virtual Item". The enchantress code worked perfectly fine, and when I went into Royale High a screen popped up saying I had gotten the badges and the mood-changing necklace.
